The smell of cookies when you walk in and the gentleman who checked this in was absolutely wonderful. And my dog loved it. I highly recommend.

The check-in staff worked with us on which room would work best. Clean room, everything worked and the breakfast was great. Lots of dog walking area surrounding and close to beach, Cambria and Elephant seals. Dogs were happy.

My dog and I had a nice time at the Quality Inn. They don't go over the top for your dogs but they do allow all sizes and breeds. My only real complaint is the lack of area for your dog to do their business. There is an overgrown field next door, which is the only place to use. It would be nice if they had a designated area on their property.

Comfortable room. But, we were stuck upstairs with no access to courtyard. Quiet depending on your neighbors. Full hot buffet breakfast. No pet fee.

What a great hotel to stay at with your dog! Friendly staff, actual hot breakfast (bacon, scrambled eggs) and zero pet fees. The hotel has a central well maintained courtyard for your dog to do their business. Overall, we enjoyed our stay immensely and we usually stay along Moonstone Beach but we will return!

Interior courtyard ideal for dogs. Modern San Simeon is mostly a cluster of hotels. It is not a destination in itself, but the Quality Inn is pleasant and the staff is friendly. A good dog-friendly stopover on Highway 1.

This is a no frills hotel but rooms are clean and spacious. Nice little courtyard for potty time and no pet fees! The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Room was large with king bed, sliding glass door to patio, fire place and jacuzzi tub. Everything was clean and comfortable and really quiet! The staff was extremely friendly and this was the first place we've stayed where they were still serving breakfast. They had an attendant who was serving everyone. Great doggie space, too!!
