Wife and I enjoyed it with stitch. Awesome location. Didn’t know about the parking fee. But it’s fine. Dogs are not allowed at the beach itself unless it’s a service dog. Went to Long Beach for the day because Stitch is allowed there and Stitch loved it.

The location is pretty! But before you make a reservation keep in mind that Santa Monica city does NOT allow any dog on the beach! With or without the leash! But the reasons why my experience was really bad and I’ll NOT go back are, first the Air conditioner was so LAUD it was impossible to sleep, I asked to be moved in another room the answer was: for the COVID-19 I can’t move you! Wow great thank you! Second beside the pool everything was close bar, restaurant so the included breakfast? Bye bye!
Third They charge you $30 per night if you want to park inside their parking, having a room with them is not enough, and the receptionist was so kind, telling me that he doesn’t know the area, so don’t ask me if there are any chipper parking. Great! Thank you too!
Suggestion? Book to another hotel.

The Wyndham Santa Monica at The Pier is a great place to bring your dog. The location is one block from the pier and Palisades Park. Walk "Fido" along the ocean (when the beach is open again). Friendly staff and clean, comfortable room.
