Overpriced in the first place, and charged an additional fee to tolerate our dog. At check in, Arby received a milk bone, apparently a $150 value. No dog bed, food bowl, nor water bowl was provided. Pets are banned from the commons area. The valet told me the pet relief area was go back out the driveway, turn onto the sidewalk and head towards town, and clean up after your dog. $150 upcharge is too much for a one-night stay.

Beautiful lobby area with great food and service, dogs allowed. Nice clean facilities easy access to ski hill. All around a very nice place to stay

Okay if you are like me, you have searched and searched for the best place to stay while in Avon. I finally settled on The Westin and I'm so glad I did. Our 5 night stay with our dog was awesome. Friendy people, great service and lots a green space for potty breaks. The hotel by the way is valet only and we only used our vehicle maybe 3 times during our stay, since there are lots of restaurants within walking distance and things to do. A dog bed/pillow, food and water bowl are provided at check-in, if needed. We did have 2 minor issues during our stay and I contacted the front desk and they responded appropriately. Our room was very spacious, clean and our mountain view was beautiful. I highly recommend staying at The Westin.
