The location was convenient and I already expected the "Lodge" to be rustic, which it was. The biggest surprise was the pet fee which was quoted on line as $30 but when we checked in the clerk said "oh we raised that to $50 several months ago." They did say they would reach out to BringFido to let them know. The potty area at The Lodge was also disappointing and there wasn't even any grass. No special treatment but there were quite a few dogs there so I think this could be one of the few places in Breckenridge that allows dogs.

This is an older lodge with a rustic vibe. It’s up high on the East side of Breckinridge with an amazing view of the Breckinridge ski mountains. If I could I would give it 4-1/2 rating. Only comment is it’s a bit old and rustic which some people may not appreciate. Also, my cost was $70 more than the BringFido rates posted due to pet and resort fees and taxes.

The Lodge at Breckenridge is gorgeous. The accommodations are really nice. The designated pet area is a short walk and I liked that they had waste bags and a designated trash can. I felt completely comfortable walking the dogs through the hotel to get outside. Very nice place to visit!

Really cool location / views from our king jr suite. Easy drive into town (5 mins or so). Pups have to use the designated bathroom area, less than 1 min walk from rooms. Tons of parking on site. Our room could have used some updates and cleaned a little better. Especially given we paid approx $400 for the night. Would probably stay again.

When we arrived my husband went to check us in and I took the dogs for a walk. The area is beautiful but there was trash in the front little park right outside the front door. I was disappointed that the staff there just let it lay out there. Someone should have been picking up outside. The designated dog park is pretty far from the front door so at night it’s a bit of a walk in the dark, but other then that is was great stay. The room we were originally given (because we requested a balcony) had a view of the parking lot so I asked them if we could have a room with a view. We are in the beautiful Rocky Mountains! They were great, they found us a room with a fantastic view. Loved the room, the front desk people and the view. Overall it was a great stay.
