We attempted to check in early so we would get first floor since we were traveling with 2 dogs. Said 2nd floor was the best they had but to come back at 3 and she would hold a first floor for us. Came back at 2:50, was given a fourth floor room with no a/c. It was 96 degrees out and our room was facing west.
Said all 2 bedroom suites were sold out and couldn't move us.
