There are grassy relief areas on the property. This was not what we expected therefore up arrival and viewing we declined to fulfill our reservation. It is a much older/dated property, rooms were dark and musty smelling and the surrounding area was questionable as far as safety . BringFido was notified and they arranged to a 1/2 refund which was gratitious on Cozy Inn's part, as we were the ones who reserved then declined to stay.

Health & Safety
Safe Stay: Cozy Inn has enhanced cleaning and safety measures in place. Hand sanitizer is provided to guests, and rooms are disinfected between each stay. Social distancing measures are in place, as well as physical barriers between staff and guests. Contactless check-in and check-out are available. Each room has a 24-hour gap period between stays, and hotel staff are required to wear masks.
