Room was tidy, but very dirty. Sticky floors, filthy walls and headboard, and sheets were full of hair. We reported to manager and he gave us a full refund. We found another hotel in town.

Room was clean and staff was super friendly. Doors on outside and that works great for our dog. We all slept great. Pet area outside was nice.
