The entrance is poorly maintained broken chipped stairs to the hotel. Entering the hotel from the street is awkward and difficult; you park underneath the hotel for $14. They ask you to sign a detailed long disclaimer about your pet and your responsibility and you are not allowed to leave your pet in the room so eating meals is only for summer weather.
