The staff was friendly. The inside of the hotel and my room was very clean. They serve a continental type breakfast. I am not a fan of breakfast, so I cannot comment on the food. The hotel is convenient to restaurants, gas stations and stores. As usual, they put us on the top (5th) floor at the very end of the hallway. This time I didn’t mind it so much. Unfortunately they do not have a dog relief area nor do they have poop bags or a place to deposit the bags. I bring my own bags, so that’s not a deal breaker for me. The lack of a trash bin or a designated area for the dogs yo relieve themselves is always a nice addition. The grounds have a lot of trash and there was dog poop in the tall grass. My recommendation is to take your dog along the road to stretch his/her legs and to relieve themselves. There’s a long, wide stretch of grass and if your dog is well trained, you can let them off leash to get a little exercise. If I am up that way again, I will definitely stay there again.

This is an excellent place to stay in London Ontario. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, the breakfast is the best I’ve had on the road. Our dog was treated like royalty.

Room smelled of stale cigarette smoke. Was given a different room but key entry did not work, even on second attempt with fresh card, so I kept the smelly room. Manager discounted pet fee by $50 to compensate. Wifi was a bit weak and I heard reception addressing 2 calls from guests about this while I was waiting for new room. An ok hotel but with maintenance issues. I would not stay again unless nothing else suitable in area.

This hotel was perfect! Big spacious rooms, fridge, hot plate and dishwasher. Fully stocked cookware, dishes and cutlery. Friendly staff, clean updated rooms. I already booked my next stay there!

Felt most welcome with the dog. Stayed seven nights and noticed the floors were always clean despite many paws going in and out.
