      Decent stay

      Quiet, friendly staff. Dog area is gravel. I would say it was okay not great. The room was crowded with too much furniture.

      OK for one night

      My friend and I were visiting Black Canyon of the Gunnison with our fur babies. This hotel is only 15 min away from the entrance so it’s in a great location for national park visitors. The staff was friendly and while the room/building was clean, it was pretty outdated. There is no green space for potty breaks. It’s all gravel and stone. It looks pretty and I’m sure it’s low maintenance but my baby had trouble going to the potty with no grass.

      Nice clean rooms

      When we arrived we were told the carpet was just shampooed so there was a small amount of chemicals. It was no problem because the window opened and aired the smell out shortly. The room was large and very clean, staff was polite and attentive, beds were comfortable and had 4 pillows per bed. We really enjoyed our stay. Although there are only 4 pet-friendly rooms, they are on the bottom floor and easily accessible.
