      DO NOT STAY HERE!

      I had a week-long reservation for a first-floor room because my dogs can't do steps (I made the request in writing and BringFido had called the desk a week earlier to confirm this room). Upon arrival I was told "there aren't any." The man at the desk was beyond rude and basically told me he had nothing and I should leave. He refused to offer a refund. I told him I placed the request in writing and he said "we don't look at requests." I had to leave town and find a motel in another city. BringFido was fantastic; they intervened and had a record of the call, whom they spoke with, and when it happened. Despite the man's lies at the desk and refusal at first to refund BringFido, I was given a full refund thanks to this service. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a motel. Also, it's filthy and sketchy. Stay anywhere else but there.
