Dogs were welcome for a fee. We saw a few others. Hotel was clean and comfortable and staff was very friendly. The area for the dogs outside was adequate. Lots of food options around. The free breakfast was above average. We would stay here again.
Great staff and a really nice room. Close to CSU campus (why we were there) and lots of nearby restaurants and shopping. While I am waiting on the final receipts, they were nice enough to not charge us for a third person in our group and also may have waived the pet fee. The only additional fees that we were charged for at check in was a total of $20. We will stay there again if the need arises.
Spotlessly clean and comfortable rooms, updated, well lit, and front desk personnel were so pleasant. Upon checking in, I had had a long and tiring trip and when the tv remote control did not work in my room, they immediately brought me a new one, and also a nice little gift bag with chocolate, popcorn, and herbal teas with a very nice note of apology. It has been years since I have had this level of service and I will be a customer from now on. My little dog loved the room too! Thanks, Holiday Inn Express!!!
