The dimly lit first floor where pet-friendly rooms are is not really ground level, it’s up a flight of stairs, which made it challenging to use a cart to take my cats’ carriers to the room. Our room had a bathroom sink that leaked at the wall and smelled of mold. Front desk was very kind and helpful but I would not stay here again. The place needs a renovation badly.
