We have stayed at this hotel a few times now. They have alway accommodated us. A family of 5. And a big dog. I would recommend-this hotel for sure.
The down side. It’s expensive but if you want a nice place for all your family then what money. Lol.

I booked this hotel last minute as we were headed into Niagara. It was very charming with a nice bar area. We didn't eat at the restaurant, but the food looked great. I cannot say enough about the staff here. Upon check in, Rojit was so friendly and helpful. The room was just what we needed. We ventured out with our doggie and she freaked out at the fireworks. She made her way out of her collar and ran - as fast as possible.
We went back to the hotel to call the humane society. Within minutes, the entire staff was helping us look for her. Rojit, Lola, and Jimmy - THANK YOU! Thanks to their help, she was safely found and returned to us. When we got back to the hotel after looking for her, they had 2 glasses of champagne for us and a bowl of water for her. They were all so thoughtful and kind. Kenny, on night shift was also great and gave us a little gift for Daisy.
It is also conveniently located - near the Falls, Casino, and activities.
I would not hesitate staying here... we will absolutely stay here next time we make it to the Falls.

We stayed in the standard two queen room, as this was one of the rooms that allowed pets. There are very few hotels that allow pets in Canada! Pet fee is $35/night. We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel, especially after reading some of the reviews posted online. Very clean hotel and surroundings. I walk my dogs at night and felt safe in the area. The beds were extremely comfortable! The location was excellent. This hotel was clean, clean, clean! And the air conditioner worked extremely well! I called the hotel prior to arrival and asked that we be put in a room that had a good ac unit - as I had read reviews that stated AC wasn't very good in the hotel. The representative advised me that the room we would be staying in had just had a new ac unit put in last year. They are in the middle of replacing ac units through out the hotel, so you may want to make sure you get a room that has had the replacement unit installed. Easy walk to the falls and tourist attractions. We were in the courtyard/patio area. It looks like they are in the midst of remodeling the rooms in this area. We didn't eat at the restaurant/lounge but there were people eating on the patio and the food looked and smelled delicious! I called the hotel directly to book my room, called back to confirm the booking, and the reps were very pleasant. The reps at the front desk were also very pleasant. The only reason I didn't give this an excellent review was because of the limited internet service. The internet did not work at all for the first 2 days - the front desk said there was a known problem that was being worked on. And then for the remainder of our stay it would work for a few minutes then drop out. But, hey! Your in Canada for touring and sightseeing, right?! It just would have been nice to have reliable internet since we were traveling from the US and really didn't want to use up our data plan on our cellphone. Yes, you do have to pay for parking and a hotel fee, but in that area I believe there are very few hotels that don't charge for parking. Other reviewers are spot on as far as no signage for room locations, pool locations, etc. It isn't a huge hotel, so I really don't think you will have any trouble. Other reviewers posted that there was limited hot water. We took showers at various hours during the day (in the morning and evening) and never had an issue with the hot water. Book this hotel! You will be pleasantly surprised!
