Ground floor room, clean, lots of area for dog walking. Close to great shopping. We stayed for one night on our way from Key West to Galveston. We are staying there again for two nights on our return home.

Dogs well accommodated and lives the spacious rooms for us. Rooms were smelly and needed updating, but otherwise clean. Nice staff. Very small area for dogs/potty but we were able to walk beyond the property and find sufficient grass areas. Beautiful area of Sandestin where hotel is located.

This hotel is so clean and pet friendly. Upon check in you get a welcome pet package. There’s dedicated dog restroom area with bags provided. I will always stay here when I visit. Staff is welcoming and professional

From the people on the front desk to everyone who works at the Residence Inn are wonderful. All fussed over my bull terrier and called him by name. The room was very clean. The breakfast was great. We would go again,

We have a Doberman and a lab mix puppy when we stayed and the staff was so friendly to both dogs! We sometimes get looks with the Dobie because of the negative reputation around Dobermans but the staff didn’t care! It was nice to not have to defend my sweet boy. They gave us treats when we checked in. The walk through the mall every morning was so nice and we even ate at 2 dog friendly restaurants in the shopping center. Over all top-notch service, friendly competent staff. We will definitely be back!

We had to evacuate from Fernandina Beach due to Hurricane Dorian and chose the Residence Inn in Sandestin. Our pup was a little out of sorts given travel and he’s not used to that. That were very accommodating and even waived our pet fee since we were evacuating. Would definitely come back!

The pet fees are a little high but the rooms are nice and the staff is very accommodating. The only the they need is less pine straw and a grassy area

We have enjoyed our stay. The rooms are large and clean. Location is great with a town center nearby. The staff was very friendly.
