The hotel is in a lovely location, friendly staff and easy beach access. However the grounds are not well cared for - dead rats lying around, rat traps visible in many locations and open alcohol bottles lying about the marina.

We've stayed here several times because we like the location and price but this time was most likely the last. The service is good but the room was average, the bathroom was very small and the shower valve didn't work so it took awhile to get hot water. The marina view was sparse. The parking was inconvenient. Room service came in take out containers.
