  Good location

  The staff was wonderful, polite, and helpful. The room was tired and smelled musty. The hotel was damaged one year prior by Hurricane Ian which I assume was the cause for the musty smell.

  It was ok

  We stayed a couple of months after Ian. The place was still under construction, but the website didn’t indicate that the pool was closed. There was a strong smell in the room. The carpet in particular. The water line was in middle of the floor below. So don’t know what that was about. Also they had removed, and not replaced, all the hair dryers and ironing boards, which was weird. The front desk was nice but kept issuing keys that did not work. It might be better when it gets fully restored, but it seemed like some of the disorganization was who they were. But they were definitely filling a need for all the relief workers, which was nice. It probably would have been better if they just said on their site that they were really not aiming for families at that time.

  Always loved La Quinta and BringFido helped me set up a good one. Great location, clean room and my dog Delilah had a great time.

  Beautiful clean room!

  We loved our stay. The room looked like it had just been remodeled and was super clean and modern. The location is great. We couldn’t believe how nice it was for the price.

  Allowed dogs, but that was the only plus

  This location is very LOUD. Trucks and motorcycles driving loudly by at all hours of the night. The room was very moldy abs musty smelling, and sadly not very clean. We also had two wrong number calls in the middle of the night… one around 1:00 am one around 4:30. We had rented the room for 3 people and there were no sheets or pillows available for the pull out bed. They were kind enough to bring up some linens, but that would have been an easy thing to have stocked in the closet at the start.

  We were told the day we checked in that they would have hot breakfast in the morning, included in the room charge. Sadly…. there was NO breakfast except coffee (yay) and individual pre-packaged muffins, and bottled water. That’s it. I wouldn’t have expected a grand buffet, but the front desk shouldn’t have set the expectation of a hot breakfast if there was not going to be one.

  The pool looked quite nice but due to weather we were not able to use it. The website says folks with dogs will be put on the first levels to help make taking puppers out easier. We were put on the 3rd floor. (On the positive side, I got more exercise going up and down the steps!). The people were kind enough. But all ‘n all, I would not recommend this property nor would I choose to stay here again.

  Terrible

  The first room we were given smelled so strongly of urine that I asked for a different room. The 2nd room they gave us was worse!!! We had to leave at that point. However, BringFido worked with us and made sure we got our money back, which we appreciate greatly.

  Good location and decent rooms but room was not ready at check in - had to wait almost 3 hours.

  Worked for the night

  The place is nice and looks newly remodeled. The room did have a stale smell when we got in. There already was a dehumidifier inside so we ran that which helped.

  Nice hotel

  Hotel was clean and nicely furnished. Sadly, no breakfast or housekeeping service due to Covid. Would stay there again.

  Beautiful Location

  Very pet friendly. Free doggie bags and treats at the front desk. Newly remodeled due to Hurricane Irma in 2017.

  Not so great

  The room was not bad, but the surrounding area is not great. Those of us that have fur babies know that when you walk your baby, you have to ensure that the area is not “iffy”. As I walked my little guy around, I saw so much trash in the foliage, and in front of it, I was concerned about letting him get too close to the shrubbery. I was really concerned. Like I said, the place was nice, but there really needs to be a groundskeeping crew that will make sure the area is clean.

  Our mom and dad really liked the place we stayed. The screened porch for morning breakfast was nice because we could join them. The hotel made sure we had a downstairs room so it was easy for us to go out. We had a great time!

  Great Big Dog Friendly

  We were moving to Cape Coral and needed a place to stay for the night before closing. We have 2 big dogs and 1 small dog. It is very difficult to find a place for big dogs. We rented 2 rooms here with no fees for the dogs. Very clean and nice. Gentleman that checked me in was extremely friendly and helpful. Called once we were in the room to make sure everything was okay. It’s been a long time since I have stayed in a La Quinta and I am really impressed at how nice this one was.
