Dog friendly? Yes. Friendly staff? Yes. Otherwise completely unacceptable. No bellman. No housekeeping. No room service. No food between 9-4. No vending machines except for sodas. This is a huge CONFERENCE CENTER. The staff told me it’s a franchisee and they have no local control. I worked for Hilton in a senior marketing management role. This is NOT a Hilton. Try Staybridge Suites. Now, that’s where I should have stayed.
