      Overpriced and filthy bathroom.

      Will not stay again, 250 dollars after the pet fee for a moldy bathroom and shower walls coated in soap scum.

      Don’t Honor prepaid, confirmed reservations

      Can I give a zero bones as a review. We booked a week vacation at the Hilton in Ocala, Fl that we prepaid and confirmed. After driving for 17 hrs to get to our destination I went in to do the check in while my husband waited in the car with our 2 Goldens and after waiting for 15 minutes a young lady came out to tell me that the hotel was completely full and they would send us to a different hotel for 1 night and we would have to go back the next day. When I said that I had confirmed the reservation 3 days before and that the reservation had been prepaid over 1 month before we were told that they were sorry but the hotel was full. I explained the above to the young lady and she offered me a complementary drink. REALLY!!! You can imagine what kind of words were going thru my mind. I informed her that if I had to go to a different hotel, unload our luggage, check in, unpack enough to shower and get ready for bed I wasn’t going to re-pack, re-load our luggage and come back. I have better things to do on my vacation and my Birthday. She then offered me a voucher for a complementary breakfast and asked if I wanted to cancel my reservation. Again you can imagine what I thought she should do with her reservation.
      DON’T BOOK THIS HOTEL the HILTON HONOR Program means nothing to them.

      Wow, Great Hotel With Large Field

      This is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in with the dog! Hotel staff was very friendly and the room was excellent. The restaurant had an outside area so we could eat with the dog. The unique feature about this hotel is a large field behind the property. Great place to walk the dog and to see a clydesdale horse that lives on the property. If you are there on the weekend there is a carriage ride for hotel guests.
