  What to Expect...

  This place is horrible To wit: no reading lamps, only glaring LEDs overhead, no easy chair, no pen/paper, no info for guests regarding hotel or nearby restaurants, no breakfast, no hair conditioner in bathroom, no towel racks, no designated pet area, no coffee pot in room, no desk lamp Only coffee available is from machine in lobby.

  Check in Clerk was rude and unhelpful. Cheap plastic cups in room leaked wine on floor. We needed to use one of the TWO towels in room for clean up. When desk clerk was approached for request for new towels, we were scolded for using room towels for cleaning wine mess. Several men were loitering around back access door for entire evening, through the night, and the next morning. We were told by desk clerk that "they're always there." We felt unsafe and nothing was done for us. All of the above for over $200 a night!! An 8.6 rating advertisement on desk clerk's counter was misleading and WRONG!

  Terribly Unfriendly

  Despite calling ahead and being told a 3pm check-in was available, they refused to let us in before 4, despite the hotel being nearly empty. No manager on duty and when called, the manager refused to speak to us. I would give them zero bones if possible.

  Great location and price

  Great for the price. No breakfast but did have coffee. Not a great dog walking area. Just around parking lot. No poop bags.

  No frills but decent

  It worked for us. Nothing fancy but we were able to take our golden doodle and that's what counts.

  Two paws up!

  Nice! Nothing fancy but clean, good sized room. Wonderful staff - everyone was friendly and welcoming. Best of all, there is a huge field behind the hotel that is well lit, great for walking and “doing your business”. Just watch out - being Florida, there are plenty of fire ant mounds. Would definitely stay here again!

  Nice rooms close to restaurants. Maid service cleans rooms with pets everyday. We highly recommend staying here!

  Very Clean Place for Pet and People

  The place is a 5 star for room and pet. Very clean. Remodeled rooms.
  No carpet. Great vacant lot to walk dog. The 4 star rating reflects the experience with the check-in process. They did not know there were 2 guests and a pet (clearly noted on my BringFido receipt). Check-in person was not very friendly. Overall a positive recommendation.

  Nice Room And Great Customer Service

  After a 17 hour drive with Tyson we were glad to arrive at our destination. The fellow on duty was extremely nice. The first room we had some issues with (signs of last tenant) and he moved us immediately to an upgraded room down the hall. It was very nice and clean. Comfy beds. Nice field outside to walk to
  Tyson . Would definitely stay here again.
