Website says they would place you on 2nd or 3rd floor. We ended up on the 13th floor! No water bowl or treat bag offered as suggested on their website. Dog walk area is near busy road and high walked area!

The hotel is the worst “pet friendly” hotel I’ve ever stayed at. They called us and we’re very rude because our dog barked in the room. I understand if people complain about noise but being a pet friendly hotel means you should be nicer about it and not call and threaten to kick us out because of a dog barking. It was the only time they had to call us. The rest of the time we had to take our dog with us because if they barked again we would have to leave.
