Not a lot of parking unless you park across the street. No potty location unless you cross the street. Nice dog friendly restaurants close by. Great breakfast at Peachs. Good to see sun rise over the Atlantic.

Very nice hotel, very clean. You can tell they are upgrading because there were a few things that still needed fixed up (blinds, beds were scuffed). But overall, it is a nice place and dog friendly restaurants were within walking distance. I would stay here again.

The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. There was a nice balcony to sit and enjoy the ocean views. The location was convenient for many of the activities we were interested in doing.
They need to update their towels - very worn and thin. The water pressure at the sink was almost non-existent. They have no place to walk the dogs. The only outside area was the pool and beach and dogs are not allowed in either place. - RebeccaAug 25, 2021Great Location, very pet friendly

This is a small, older property that has had a beautiful renovation with upgraded fixtures and finishes and nice, kinda trendy decor. There is a very large and nice rain shower and the beds are comfortable and the sheets are good. The upkeep of the property is just okay with some old junk laying around and the cleaning standards are good but not great. If you can, spring for an oceanfront room which has nice private balconies with great views. The non-oceanfront rooms only have one window which faces the public walkway. Dogs are not allowed on the beach here and there is no grassy dog area at all onsite, but there is a beach access road with some green areas about 100 yards away. As far as Covid goes, each room has private outside access... ie no interior corridors and the lobby is small and many guests weren’t masked.

The hotel welcomes pets for a small fee. The room we requested at the last minute was marvelous with an amazing beach view. The beds sleep well and decor was just like the photos. This hotel does NOT have a safe place for pets to walk. Dogs are not allowed on this part of the beach and pets are not allowed to be left in the room alone. No pets in the common areas allowed. There are patches of grass in front of the hotel for your dog to potty but there is very busy traffic within 2-3 feet away. Really unsafe! They have a great coffee machine but it is very slow and guests are lined up, always waiting. Breakfast is beyond awful. Old apples-not spoiled but not fresh at all. A jug of orange juice with tiny cups. Yogurt and previously frozen mini muffins and something that resembled a pastry. While waiting for coffee an employee opened a cabinet under the coffee machine and hiding in the cabinet was a ton of FRESH, beautiful bananas but he sadly didn't put them out. 3 bones because they are polite and pet friendly. Go out for breakfast though---my Yorkie wouldn't even try the muffin!
