Dirty, smelly, and lots of little creepy crawlies everywhere. On the bed and in my dog's food. But was able to cancel with a refund.

The staff was very nice. The room was clean, but had a pungent odor of cat urine. The carpet deodorant did not mask the smell. Beautiful pool, but unfortunately there was a large group with 1 adult and 10 kids throwing lawn chairs in the pool, and the adult female disposed of her cigarette butts in the pool as well. We reported it to the front desk, but nobody went outside to handle the situation.

Very nice staff, but our room was damp with a very musty smell. We were too tired to swap rooms after driving for 12 hours. Maybe ask for a room not on the 1st floor.

Room was very small with too much furniture but it was clean. Overall we had a good experience, all staff seemed to follow Covid protocol, guests not so much. We didn’t use any of the amenities or the restaurant. Large area to walk dog but people clearly don’t pick up poop like they should. We would stay again if visiting the area.

This hotel was exactly where I needed it to be. I was visiting friends nearby. The pet area is large with poop bags and trash can provided. I stayed on the 2nd floor near the stairs with my dog. That was fine by me! However, even though the hotel said it was a smoke free facility, I could smell cigarette smoke in the hall. My room smelled fine, but the entire hallway on the 2nd floor had a bad odor. Also, there were absolutely no secure doors leading outside. People were coming and going all night through the unsecured doors. Trash near the unsecured 1st floor parking lot door was bad. One night there were people beating on a door near me at 2:45 a.m. because a 14-year old wouldn’t let them in! I called the front desk to report the issue and it was taken care of. I sincerely hope I never have to stay here again!

Our Airbnb in Palm Beach got cancelled the night before, stranding me with 4 greyhounds and no place to stay. Holiday Inn PSL let us stay here. Nice, clean , modern hotel. Our room was nice. It was on the second floor, as an earlier reviewer reported.
The staff here was super friendly! Thank you, Holiday Inn PSL!
