Ground floor apartment, kitchen and living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. External veranda complete with small table and benches. Fully furnished and complete with TV, air conditioner and kitchen accessories. Bed linen, bathroom and kitchen included. Quiet area, with transit only of residents.
A short distance from Capaci beach and also from the town center. Area well served by grocery stores and various kinds.
