Stopped at the hotel for the night when moving my father from Ohio to Florida. After checking in, got to the room and noticed hairs on the toilet, no stopper for the tub and the carpet was wet in spots with dog pee. It was late so we thought it is just to sleep. Got up the next morning looking forward to getting home, went out to the Uhual to get my Dad’s meds and the Uhaul was stolen….gone! Went into the front desk in a panic and the person was zero help. Could not rent a one way car rental due to a huge concert in town. A friend drove from Orlando to Atlanta to get us and bring us home. They have NO cameras so no footage could be pulled. I know it is not their fault it was stolen but it still doesn’t take away that it was dirty. They did let us stay in the room longer but did call us a little before 6pm saying they needed the room and we would have to leave. NEVER AGAIN. This was my first time using BringFido to book the hotel and I most likely will not use them again either since I don’t have confidence of the quality of hotels they use.
