My husband and I have never been treated so terribly at a hotel. We planned to stay at this location for 2 months and I should have realized before we even left home there would be issues. Issues with the staff booking the correct room for us and then moving again to accommodate their needs. A couple of weeks after checking in we were asked to sign their pet policy form and pay the pet deposit. Confusing since this was all taken care day 1. We were told the pet policy had changed and there were additional fees we would now need to pay. I understand needing to change policies and procedures but to request your current guests fork over $250 extra dollars they were not prepared for is a bit much. And come to find out they went ahead a charged our credit card on file without our authorization is bad business. There are a lot of other issues we had during our stay there. And while there's a pet area and poo bag station be sure to bring your bags because none are ever provided.
