Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was satisfactory for a one night stay; it needs a thorough cleaning from all the human and dog traffic over the years. If we’re back in the area with or without our dogs, I’ll look for a different place to stay.

Did not love this place. While it was pet friendly, the room smelled really bad and was dated (bed cover had staining on it, couch had stains and tears, walls were stained). The bed was decently comfortable and it was a quiet location, but we wouldn’t stay there again.

Has old carpet with fleas! Mildew on ceiling, toxic cleaning products used are overwhelming or covering other chemicals. They should remove the carpet in pet rooms and vacuum.

It was older but looked taken care of. We were getting ready to unpack and then we noticed that there was a cockroach on the TV stand. We left. Sorry Best Western, but can’t handle that.

Great location to get on/off I-75. In addition to being able to bring the pooch we were able to park our camper with ease.
My only complaint/concern was existing stains in the carpet, but we weren’t held liable for those. We’d stay again.

I got turned away from the BW in Macon after booking on another website. After a 10 hour drive. Randomly found this BW in Byron and love it. Huge well maintained room. Wonderful front desk. A . They even had a dog treat for my pup!
