More help at front desk would benefit both the hostess and visitors.

When I checked in, the woman was on the phone and not paying attention, giving me the same form twice. The room seemed clean and I was relieved, but the toilet seat was filthy. She sent someone to clean it, but people would be surprised how much a simple, "I'm sorry" means. The room was right next to the laundry room. I could hear water running, a woman shaking a plastic bag at 2 am, and laundry being done. I barely got any sleep at all. Breakfast was barely worth mentioning. A banana would also go a long way. I wouldn't stay here again.
