Reserved a room with a King bed. Informed the morning of our stay, prior to our arrival, they could not accommodate us in a King and had to move us to a room with 2 double beds. We were already on our way and couldn't stop to change hotels. Ugh! The hotel itself was okay. Breakfast was horrific with cold coffee, rehydrated eggs, etc. Would not stay there again.

It was ok, not great. Location good for convenience to interstate but BUSY. And no area for playing with the dogs. Room was just ok.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean and quiet. Comfy beds were welcoming after a long day of driving. The only negative thing I can think of is the three small roaches we found in our room the next morning when we turned on the lights.

Finally an open pool! Only complaint is the lack of adequate pillows and towels. Pillows are flat and hard. Not comfortable at all. We booked the room for 3 and only had two sets of towels. Staff was nice.

Hotel allowed my 4 lb dog unattended in room so we could enjoy indoor dining since it was cold, where dogs are not allowed. You could make up your own to-go bags for breakfast due to covid. Staff was nice.

We stayed 2 nights while visiting Covington and Mystic Falls. The room was a decent size for 4 people (2 adults and 2 teens) and our pit mix. Lots of food options around and easily accessible. It’s not fancy but clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

The staff was very polite and helpful, they were very sweet to my dog, but the elevator had a spilled drink with a caution sign over it for 12 hours (nobody picked the cup up off the floor).

We stopped here with our Labrador for the night on our way to Louisiana and it was so convenient. Just off the interstate and right next to an Outback Steakhouse! The staff was friendly, the room was clean and cozy, and you can’t beat the free breakfast! We are huge fans!!
