Check-in was quick & easy. We had a 1st floor room where we could walk out the back door to a furnished patio and see the pool and dog area within 20 yards - very convenient. The room was clean and had a microwave & mini-fridge. Breakfast was great and checkout smooth. We will use this on our return trips up North.

Convenient to the highway, lots of restaurants and shops. Comfortable beds, clean room, great breakfast included. Lots of grassy area near the pool for dog walking. Friendly staff.

If I could give this a minus 1 or 2 bones, that would be more accurate. The updated exterior & common areas of this motel/hotel are deceiving. We checked in & checked out about a half hour later. The room & bathroom were filthy. Not dirty, but filthy! Every lamp, door knob & fixture had grime build up. I won't go into detail about the bathroom. It was really bad. The bed base was held together on two corners with duct tape. Curtains were ripped...you get the picture. The desk staff was understanding and did not give us any grief checking out.

As far as the room goes it smelled like dog, dirty carpet and dirty curtains. I was in awe to think a hotel would not replace the chair that was chewed up and filthy. The good point is that there was a walkout with little patio and chairs. I had a first floor room - easy to take the dog out. The hotel was very well lit to walk the dog at night.

The staff were wonderful! The room was clean. The dog area was right outside our room with an entrance right out to it. Will stay there again. Only complaint is the bed was very firm and a little high for us shorter people.

This is a very pet friendly hotel. Rather basic room and breakfast but the friendly staff made up for any deficiency there. Room needed attention (duct tape holding bed base together) but it seemed clean.

All of the dogs/Owners in same wing of on ground floor. The patio doors open out into a big grassy area with doggie poop bags provided. Staff was very friendly

Friendly staff! Enjoyed the convenience these rooms had, first floor with a patio door that lead right outside (quick & easy potty breaks) with plenty of grass to walk around. Pool looked really nice, but was closed because of an incident over the weekend 🤷♀️. Beds comfortable and clean. Bathroom.....definitely needs updated, no shower curtain and floor was disgusting. Not sure how safe the area was.

Everyone we interacted with was very welcoming. I like the open areas around the hotel to walk dogs. The hotel is dated and not luxurious by any means but adequate. They still serve hot breakfast which was a plus--you just tell them what you want and they serve it to you. I find it difficult because I have 2 dogs, one of which is big, so my options are limited. This was my second stay here so I guess that says something!

The staff was friendly and there is a nice place to walk your dogs. However, I only spotted 1 cleanup area with poop bags and a trash can. The room did not seem clean. Stains on bed and opened the closet to find someone else’s clothes on the floor. Also, the walls are thin and you could hear everything.

We stayed with 2 larger (50 lbs) dogs. Good setup for taking them out without disturbing other guests. Nice area for potty stops. Only thing to make it better would be a fenced area where they could roam after being in the car all day.

I would stay there again with my dog (Cavalier) in a heartbeat. Friendly staff, nice room (would have never known other dogs had stayed there) and a big grassy outback area complete with poopy bags. I stayed in a first floor unit with a patio door that opened up to the grassy dog area. Great place!

The front desk personnel was very warm and welcoming to us and our pet dog. When we asked about nearby restaurants, she was very accommodating. Asked about leaving our dog in the room while we go out to eat, she said yes and they will call us if there’s a problem.

We were traveling with our dog for the first time. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, we loved the outdoor patio area. Cody was able to come and have breakfast with us. Great over night stay on our way to the Smokies!!!

The reviews were great, but it wasn't that great for us. We requested a first floor from BringFido but we got a second floor and there was no elevator. Our dog had knee surgery and can't walk upstairs and we use a stroller for her, which we had to carry up and down the stairs each time she had to go outside. I was not happy about that. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. We found it odd that the front door to the hotel was locked late at night to keep the attendant safe, but all the side doors were unlocked. Breakfast was good and the staff in the dining room was friendly as well. However, we won't be back there due to the steps.

Nice room, takes large dogs, easy on to Rt 75. Bonus was breakfast included and an outdoor patio so we didn’t have to leave the dog in the room!

2/26/18. We have stayed here here two times. Choose first floor, back side with a patio door. You can let your dog out, on a retractable leash, while still standing in your room! Front side has small area too. For walking them, there is a large, beautiful area just outside, in the back. They have poopy bag station also. Rooms clean, staff friendly, decent breakfast, and reasonable rates.
