At first, I was a little put off by the lack of friendliness by the 3 front desk staff. I felt like I was checking in with the Adam’s family. The building wasn’t great, but the room was clean, well equipped and the bed was comfortable. There was a bit of noise from outside, but there were plenty of restaurants gas stations and all the comforts you could need whilst traveling. I would stay again especially just for a night.

Room was situated at back side of hotel, very dated, did not feel clean and had bad smells. Horrible lighting, did not feel safe. Large gravel area and small grass area for our girl. Shower was broken. Dalton, GA was a nice place to stop on our road trip, plenty of restaurants and a lot of other hotel options.

This hotel was in a great location very close to the interstate. Surrounded by other hotels as well as several places to eat, so it was very convenient. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Room was clean. Just needs some updating.

The room was clean; the AC worked; check-in staff lacked courtesy; the promised “hot breakfast” consisted of a bagel, which I toasted (sadly, there was no cream cheese).

The Quality Inn in Dalton, GA is basic at best. The exterior needs some attention (ie paint on steps). While our second floor room was clean, it had a strange smell upon entering. It was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but smelled like smokers had been there. The blinds on the window were a nice touch, keeping the room darker than traditional curtains would have done. The agent at the front desk when we checked in was efficient and helpful. She informed us of the several restaurants in close proximity to the Inn. Many thanks!!

Do not stay here…the door to our 1st room wouldn’t lock. The room we stayed in was next to a working girl or an adult video being produced. Other than that the room was clean and the front desk was very helpful.

We are both scared of fireworks and we only heard a couple at the hotel. It was so relaxing and nice place to stay and enjoy the quiet.

Our 2 goldens were welcomed warmly. Were originally booked for a second story room, but there were no elevators and my husband cannot easily handle steps. Moved us to a first floor room. Major drawback was that the room was dirty. Definitely expected more.

The location was great. Off the highway, places to walk the dogs, but the hotel is actually a motel, the door looked as if someone was trying to break in, the door handle had to be jiggled up to open, the bathroom had mold and a falling ceiling from a leak upstairs, there was 25 years of dust on all the edges of the 25 year old carpet, the furniture would not even be accepted as a donation it was so beat up, the TV would only show a nice color of yellow, and quite a bit more. It was so bad, another young family checked in 2 doors down and left...the mother said she had not seen anything so disgusting before.
