  Nice spot

  I am from the local area and had to stay about 10 days with my dog as our house had flood damage. I knew the better place and close to our house that would provide the best area away from big traffic. I couldn’t say enough about the hospitality of the people who work there. Nice to have 1st floor access with a side door to get out with dog. Clean and quiet. Breakfast was nice enough for my needs. Really appreciate having the extended stay without worry of traffic noise and safety.

  Clean and tidy

  Our room was comfortable and clean, however, you could tell it was a room many pets had used. The couch appeared well used as a cat scratch pad. The king bed was comfortable and clean.

  Great last minute stop

  We were traveling and needed to get some rest and the pup needed to stretch her legs too. This hotel was perfect for what we needed. Little dated and we didn’t have towels in the room, but staff was friendly, check-in was easy, and it smelled clean. A good place to do a stopover. Convenient location and several places to eat, gas stations, and shops nearby.

  Adequate for dogs

  Small area for dogs outside side door. Our prior la Quinta was $70 less for one night stay and had more room for dogs and was much quieter.

  Convenient Stop

  Stopped here on our way down to Florida. It was just before Atlanta which made our morning drive through the city easy. The hotel was very pet friendly. The room was conveniently located on the first floor. There was a small designated pet area off the side door with bags. The room was just ok. It was a little outdated. The bed was very tall for some reason which made it hard for our medium sized dog to jump up and down. The hotel was very quiet, which was nice.

  It was clean and updated a bit. Off the Hwy a bit but not too far. Would have been nice to have a TV channel list and coffee table to put carryout dinner.

  Very congested but clean

  Rooms and hotel are very nice. Staff very pleasant but very congested area. We were pulling a Uhaul so had to park below hotel and walk up. That was a bit tough after 14 hr drive.

  Great stop in Atlanta area

  The staff at the hotel were knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Our room was very clean and dog-friendly. There was sufficient space to walk my dog, and they had doggie bags handy in case people didn't have any. This was a great place to stop, and we'll certainly be stopping again.

  We stayed with our 2 cats. Comfortable bed, updated room. Tile floors for entry, bathroom and closet. Then carpet in the rest of the room. Continental breakfast. We were able to sleep well and feel rested to complete our journey. I would stay here again. Bowling alley nearby and nightlife. Many restaurant options. I liked it a lot and would recommend!

  A little disappointing

  The room was not that great. There were ants on all the surfaces and there were pieces of baseboard molding missing. It was pretty lackluster. Also, the mattress was really worn and lumpy. Did not make for a great night's sleep and I was exciting ants from my car the whole next day on the road.

  Our room was right next to the lobby/elevator and the room had no noise cancellation or damping in place, so our dog heard everything. Also doesn’t help when a group of people want to talk loudly at 230am and our dog starts barking.

  Excellent stay, convenient location, friendly staff

  Traveling with a friend and one of my dogs, we went to check into a nearby hotel that we had a reservation with as it was "dog friendly." However, when we arrived we were told they were only service dog friendly. We had just driven 14 hours straight and were exhausted. I quickly tapped into the BringFido site and La Quinta in Kennesaw came up - so we booked right there in the lobby of the other hotel, pretty much site unseen.

  La Quinta was recently remodeled and it was both beautiful and clean. The staff was super friendly. We got checked (they even allowed us to check in quite early) in quickly and headed to our room - but as soon as we opened the door we were hit with the heavy odor of cigarette smoke. La Quinta is a non-smoking facility, so we promptly turned around and returned to the front desk, where they apologized profusely and quickly set us up in another room without even checking the condition of the first room. If we end up in the area again, I would stay at La Quinta in Kennesaw in a heartbeat, even if I didn't have any pups with me.

  We were disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. There was an unpleasant odor in the room and while it wasn’t the hotels fault the dog across the hall barked all evening and periodically all night. We would not choose to stay there again.

  We loved our stay at the La Quinta. We are hooked. This is the hotel to seek out if you have a pet or not. The hotel is clean and well kept, staff curious and helpful.

  LQ used to be our favorite spot for travel with Pets since they did not use to charge a daily fee for the pet. They are all now charging at least $20 a day of stay per pet which in addition to a motel like quality on the rooms now sort of brings it down for me. The sad thing is that there are not a lot of options out there that would be any better.

  Stayed here one night while traveling. Place was clean, nice staff. When they say they welcome dogs of all sizes they mean it. My puppy is 11 months old but 160 pound mastiff. Had no problems what so ever. I would stay here again.

  We found nothing to complain about. Lots of dogs there. Staff was friendly. Didn’t see any breakfast but it’s COVID time so we wouldn’t have partaken anyway. Wonderful first experience using BringFido!

  Beautiful and clean hotel. I love that there are no extra fees for bringing your dog. The only negative is that we felt very rushed to vacate the room and checkout by the cleaning staff. Checkout time is 12, but by 10 they were outside in the hallway repeatedly asking us if we were leaving soon.

  Rooms were very quiet and dark at night, made for a very restful stay. Our dog Harley enjoyed it also, especially since he got to stay free. We will definitely use La Quinta Inn on our next trip.

  Met all expectations

  Hotel was clean, staff friendly. Special hall for pet owners with convenient access to outside. Only downside is the location surrounded by shopping centers so not the most pleasant walking. I did finally find a residential street up Shiloh Valley Drive—hilly!!

  Room was nice, smelled a bit musty though. The bottom sheet had a stain on it and I noticed some other small stains on the comforter.
  The wastebaskets didn’t have bags in them and the one in bedroom looked like it had had something sticky in it.
  Will we stay here again? Probably, our dog gets to stay free!

  Great La Quinta

  This is a newly renovated La Quinta conveniently located right off I-75. Very clean, friendly and well organized staff, and a nice grassy area in front to walk the dogs. Still no additional pet fee. No drama, just a clean, quiet,easy stay. We will be back.

  So happy with this hotel. Clean and friendly. Wish all pet friendly hotels were this good. As a bonus, there is plenty of shopping in the area. Costco is next to hotel. Starbucks is close by.
