Attractive 1-room apartment on the first and last floor with a 16 sqm terrace and sea views in the immediate vicinity of the beach. The apartment consists of one room equipped with a kitchenette and furnished with 1 double bed, bathroom with shower. It is located in a building with a total of 6 apartments. The terrace is partially covered and completely closed on two sides and of course furnished with a table and chairs - an ideal place to end the day with a glass of wine after a long day at the beach.
