Hotel and room were very clean. Nice area grassy area for pets. Hotel was in a nice area with lots of restaurants close by. Will be staying again.

The La Quinta Milledgeville is well placed on Columbia Ave the main business drag in the town. For us it was close to relatives we were visiting over Thanksgiving. Our pooch was welcome. The Inn does have tricky access. It's very easy to shoot down the wrong entry drive.

The hotel is hard to find because it is behind a strip mall. We arrived at our first room and it had not been cleaned. We were given a second room and it was fine, except there was no toilet paper. The dining area for breakfast had not been cleaned either. There was cereal all over the floor and trash everywhere. Overall it was fine for one night with our pup.

Enjoyed our stay. We had to make a dog friendly reservation at the last minute. It was just an overnight stay. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and seemed genuinely interested in making your stay comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was good, but eggs beside boiled would have made it dang good! The dog walk area is just outside the dog friendly ground and 2nd level rooms making it convenient. The only real negative is the lack of any soundproofing between and above the rooms. You could hear sounds easily between rooms. We could hear our rescue dog with separation anxiety whining a ways down the hallway on the way to breakfast. We ended up eating in shifts so he would be quiet.
I would recommend this hotel. Nice stay.
