I had a difficult check-in with the first 2 rooms not being acceptable. The front desk clerk was very nice and worked hard to find a room that worked for me and my 2 dogs. It ended up being an ok place to stay for the night.

We were stopping in Norcross for one night. This is an average hotel. Not bad nor excellent so I gave a 3 bone rating. Baymont is near interstate and historic Norcross district with several dog friendly restaurants. Bed was EXTREMELY comfortable. Again, good for one night.

I spent over 2 weeks here waiting for my apartment complex to be ready for me to move in. The hotel is very nice. The room is large and has all the conveniences. The grounds are beautiful, with a pool in the central courtyard. Staff are very careful about entering my room since the 2 cats are roaming free. I have had excellent service from everyone, helpful, caring and compassionate. They are unable to serve breakfast due to COVID, which was a disappointment. Free breakfast meant the cost wouldn't be as much of a bite in my budget, but understandable. Overall, an enjoyable and relaxing place to stay!

Their “big” dog limit is 60lbs so if you have a Dane like myself not the place you’d want to go to.
The area was “questionable” and it even came with “questionable looking” people as well but we were completely fine in the end.
The staff was very patient I called them numerous times to inform them of my 3am arrival that kept getting pushed back.
The room and furnishing were clean and tons of more room than we needed.
Moderately priced, not out to gip you
