We had a very positive experience! From the late arrival staff to the young woman running the breakfast, which was great, to the checkout staff. Our room was comfortable. They had a doggie walking area and we were all made to feel welcome. Will definitely stay again!

A perfect place to stop on our way to Key West! We spend the day in Savannah exploring and then crashed out here. Super nice people and a really nice place to walk around and go potty. 🐾

The Best Western Richmond Hill was clean, super easy on and off I95. Driveway was a bit tricky to identify with Arby's so close, but really a no-brainer. Nice space behind the hotel with trash stations and waste disposal bags supplied. Comfortable. Predictable breakfast but nice price tag (free). Definitely recommend.

We stayed here with our 12 year old mix lab on way back from Florida. I found the hotel on BringFido and it had got excellent reviews. The hotel lived up to the excellent reviews. Clean, pet friendly, and awesome grounds to walk your pet. Thank you Best Western and thank you BringFido.

Check-in and breakfast staff were super friendly and pleasant. Pet-friendly room was extremely clean and spacious, and beds were very comfy. Breakfast buffet had lots of options and was delicious. The seating area was clean and cheerful. Area around building to walk the dogs was grassy and pretty. Will definitely make this a regular stop on trip to/from Florida.

The staff was wonderful, the room clean and fresh. The best part was the nice yard behind the property. I'd definitely stay again! The also have a washer dryer, a nice amenity to have when on the road.

Hotel was super clean and had one of the largest pet areas I have seen. It was well lit and our dog had plenty of room to roam. Breakfast area was spotless and well stocked.

The price is excellent! The citrus bath products were lovely. You can walk to fast food restaurants. My dog enjoyed the trees and seeing some wildlife in the back. Bed was comfy and room was clean. I’m glad that I stayed.

We stayed here with our two dogs on our drive to Florida. The hotel was super clean! they had treats for our dogs upon arrival, and a nice and clean area in the back to walk your dogs with waste bags and garbage cans for easy cleanup after your dog. Highly recommend! It was really nice being so close to the highway for traveling.

Great stay with my dog. The woman at the desk told me I had to use the elevator because they did not have stairs. Clearly they did have stairs which I used. Not sure why she did that I asked her twice. Very quiet and a great location. The breakfast woman was the nicest at the hotel. I wish I caught her name but it was a Saturday morning. She was awesome!!!

Hotel was clean and surprisingly room had pre-engineered flooring, great bonus with a 6-month puppy.
Large clean pet relief area behind hotel.

room was very clean. The hotel had a nice area around it to walk the dogs. poop bags provided and disposal stations. The girl was very nice at check in. A random stop in this little town turned into staying here and I was very happy about it. I thought the hotel was quiet and overall I was very happy.

Not sanitized and the receptionist was not wearing a mask. Room had a stale smell. Also - people are allowed to smoke indoors. Nothing special was done for my dogs. This is more like a 2 star hotel not 3. Disappointed.

Nice grassy area out back for pets. Property could use updating. Our room wasn't the cleanest. The grab and go breakfast left a lot to be desired.

The front desk was unfriendly and had to ring for them to come to the desk. Not their fault but there were 32 dogs on two floors so the barking was incredible. Needless to say, we didn’t get much rest. Dog area is ample.

This is a great hotel if you’re passing through. They have a hot tub and free breakfast which was important to me while traveling. The people were nice and everything was soooo clean which is the most important thing. I heard bed bug horror stories from one of the other hotel options near by and you really can’t put a price on a clean critter free room

Very convenient to I95. Room was roomy, clean and well appointed. Overall B+ on maintenance, with only minor nits for paint, trim, etc. Staff was courteous and professional. Food and fuel nearby. Would stay here again, and recommend to others.

We stayed here twice on different occasions. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. Good breakfast. Breakfast hostess is very attentive and sweet. I like that they had gluten free bread and cereal for me. Large outside area to walk your dogs. Poop bags provided. Reasonable rates and $20 per dog. Would stay again.

This is our second stay at this motel and have found it to be quiet, clean with friendly staff. There is plenty of green grass around the motel to walk your dog. We will definitely stay here again.

Our first visit to the area with our 5month old lab. Very friendly and clean. Great pet friendly yard in back and the breakfast is awesome!! We enjoyed our stay, and look forward to next time!

This was a fantastic spot to stay in on our trip from New York to Florida. Rooms are clean, Marcella at the desk was wonderful! Plenty of space to walk the pups. Many options for food delivery as I didn't want to leave my dogs to go out to eat. We will absolutely stay here in future trips. Only negative....and NOT for the hotel or staff, is that people don't pick up after their dogs! Come on....scoop the poop, people!!!

Booked this hotel because of the terrific description and great reviews, and it was just as promised: clean, comfortable room, right off 95, with loads of grassy area for my dog to walk/ run a bit, even supplied poop bags. Breakfast was amazing... the most I've ever seen offered as a free breakfast. All in all, a great place for a stopover, and not far at all from Savannah itself. Wow!

This is the BEST place ever ! For pet friendly. Super clean & enjoyed the social time. ( cookies, nachos & cheese salsa) such a treat !! They also gave Layla my greyhound a gift of 3 treats :) awesome place...
