The location was great and the staff was friendly, but our room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 7pm and our room wasn’t cleaned well due to staffing issues.

Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable. On-site bar and restaurant. Pet friendly rooms are on the 2nd floor which is the same floor as the rooftop pool and fitness center. I felt completely comfortable walking the dogs at night. Great location. The only thing I wasn't aware of before I arrived is that valet parking is the only onsite option and it's $34/night.

Staff could not be more helpful! Pet was welcomed, room was great condition, very nice lobby, bar and dining. Staff even offered to set up table outside in lobby so our dog can be with us. Highly recommend!

bathroom had same floor as shower, toilet looked like it was being held together by elmer’s glue but staff was nice & close to river.

The location was great to leave and be right in the heart of the restaurants and shops. The hotel was okay. We were missing things like coffee cups in our room and there was even a dirty towel in the bathroom when we arrived. The hotel shop didn’t have bottled water the whole time we were there. The pet relief area was very small. I guess the location made it worth it, but we will not be staying here again.

The place was in good condition, nothing fancy. Minor complaints I have are some trash bags left on the aisle on the way to the room for two days, bad job at cleaning up a dogs pee in front of the elevators, it stayed smelly and stained. Other than that the staff was ok and the location is walking distance to the market place.

Considering the general situation they did a great job. We walked one block and there was a band playing and people outside being NORMAL! Don't miss Vincent Van GOGO pizza!

The hotel is quite nice and the staff is so friendly. You will be staying on a floor designated for dogs. When one dog barks it often sets off a chain reaction and other dogs bark along. So bring ear plugs if you need them to sleep. Otherwise, I highly recommend it

I'm so glad we stayed here at the Holiday Inn. The Hotel was clean and the staff was super friendly. The location was perfect!
There is a small open field/park just one block away that I was able to take Lola to so she could use the bathroom, which was super convenient.
There is an addition $50 pet fee that they forgot to charge us. I would definitely stay here again :)
