  Nice near Savannah

  Very nice hotel except for one complaint. The rooms are not well lit. Other than that, it’s a great place to stay if you want to be near the airport and have some nice places to eat.

  One night with our dog

  Hotel was far superior to usual "interstate stays." A higher quality room, breakfast and hotel overall.

  Mixed review

  The room was excellent with perfectly clean carpeting. Our toilet was faulty so our room was changed. Sam Snead’s next door has outdoor seating with your dog. The food is generic but good for a beer, salad and burger. The free breakfast was meager with cold cereal, white bread and sweetened yogurt, juices and coffee. All of the cereals were sweetened and breads were white and generic. If they could upgrade the breakfast they would easily get 5 bones.

  Izzie's first hotel

  The room was great and our new pup adapted quickly to her puddle pad and the quiet setting. The puppy yard was close to our room, even better. Great job helping us find a hotel on our way home with her, SC back to FL.

  Great Stay

  Super dog friendly and a lot of other dogs around as well. They have treats at the front desk, staff was super friendly with us as well as our dog. Very clean rooms. Would highly recommend.

  Everything was perfect!

  We were very happy with our one night stay at Hyatt Place. The location was very convenient. The room was great. Had a bedroom area and a sitting room area with comfortable couch. There was a TV in bedroom and another TV in the sitting area. The staff was very dog friendly. There were nice areas for walking the dog. And they had a good breakfast and nice breakfast area. And there was a real good restaurant Sam Sneads Grill right next door. We had a real delicious dinner there. For pets the best part was the big room and the pet friendly staff. Will plan to stay here again.

  Great Place To Stay

  Clean, bright, spacious rooms. Easy off/on the highway. A great place to stop for the night or many nights. Highly recommended.

  Great staff, WiFi worthless

  Staff were great, room on ground floor near access door for pets. Overall, nice decor. WiFi was among worst I have experienced at a hotel in the last 5 years. No way to stream and only 25 channels on tv. Thankfully it was a one night stop.

  Close to the Airport

  Very nice Hotel if you are traveling with your 4 legged friends.
  Conveniently located next to Sam Sneads Restaurant. Great food and atmosphere. Note $75 pet fee.

  Rip Off

  This place has nerve using the Hyatt name. first of all, the bathroom was awful--the toilet had not been cleaned properly, and the shower was terribly moldy. Ick!
  Also, the pet fee of $75.00 for one night (they refused to pro-rate it, it's $75 for 1 night up to 6!) is exhorbitant. Granted, the lay-out of the suite was nice, but terribly overshadowed by the filth. Never again. Please warn future travelers. We chose this place based on it being a Hyatt-we are Gold members-but it was a colossal disappointment. Please share this review with Hyatt. Thank you.

  Not a great room

  Was disappointed by our stay here. We stayed in same hotel in February on our journey to Florida and we were in a room on the second floor which was very clean, and nicely appointed.
  This time around, our room was on the 1st floor. It was a dirty, worn out room. The carpet was shredded in one place obviously from a pet, there were various dirty marks around the room, shredded tissue on the floor of the bathroom. The room was facing the parking lot and there was a thin, single blind which let in all the outside lights and car lights. The room was so light though out the night. We arrived in the early hours to the hotel due to a delay in our journey so no one had the energy to go and complain about the state of the room, so we put up with it, but we were not happy at all. It frustrates me that just because you have a (well behaved )pet with you that should have to put up with a room in that condition!
  I’m not sure I would stay there again now.

  We stayed here for an evening on the way to Florida with two dogs. Hotel staff was very nice and accommodated our request for the first floor. Very clean. Spacious room. Restaurant right next door (basically attached to the hotel).

  Stiff Doggie fee

  For a $75 pet fee this should have been much nicer. But plenty of space to walk the doggie around neighboring golf course. Room very sterile, but clean. Very nice bathroom. Sam Snead’s restaurant next door has plenty of outdoor seating and welcomes dogs.

  Great Hotel and rooms but with a pricey pet fee

  Pets are welcome and treated very well. They can go anywhere on the property except to breakfast. Pet fee is out of line.
