Villa with Tennis Near Beaches In a rural location
Beautiful Alentejo Country Farmhouse with pool and tennis court, close to several beaches such as Melides, Porto Covo, Alberta Nova and trendy Pego & Comporta (the closest being 19 km away). The house and its guest house are set within 3 hectares of beautiful land/hills near Santiago do Cacém town.
The property, built 17 years ago and insulated to ensure coolness in the summer months and warmth in the winter, can sleep up to 12 people in the summer months and 10 people in winter (the small guest house does not have central heating and can get cold). The property has a large games room.
Room configuration:
1st Master bedroom: sleeps 2 (double bed)
2nd bedroom: sleeps 2 (double bed)
3rd bedroom: sleeps 2 ( 2 full sized single beds)
4th bedroom: sleeps 4 (4 full sized single bunk beds)
Guest House (summer):
1st bedroom: sleeps 2 (double bed)
2nd room/communal room: sleeps 2 children (2 single sofa beds)
