Old, tired rooms. The main door to the room didn't close at the bottom. The beds were comfy, but the cleaning deodorizer was way to strong.

This is by far one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had, and we've been going to hotels for years, including Days Inn! We were supposed to stay for five days, but we wound up checking out after only four days. Thursday we went to sleep early because there was a dog competition on Friday.
We were woken up at 1AM on Friday with loud music blaring and people yelling to each other in the parking lot. I looked to see where the music was coming from and could not find the source, so I went to the office to complain. On my way to the office I saw people sitting in their cars outside the rooms smoking and the smell of marijuana was palpable. People were also going in and out of the rooms slamming doors.
The person in the office said they would try to figure out where the music was coming from. The same thing happened on Friday night, so we decided to check out on Sunday morning, and I informed the staff on Saturday morning. I also told the woman in the office when we got back on Saturday that we were checking out on Sunday.
On checking out on Sunday morning the woman there tried to use the excuse that they were not given 24 hours notice which I flatly denied and told her that yes they were. Then she said I could not get a refund for the fifth day because I booked through BringFido. I emailed BringFido and they said to get the woman's name at the desk, which I did. They tried to get the refund for the fifth day as well, but after several days of back-and-forth, we were not successful.
This hotel also charges a dog fee of $25. a day. I got double charged for Saturday, so my credit card was charged $125 when it should only have been $100. The hotel claims that they refunded the extra charge, but apparently they haven't so I am now in dispute with my credit card bank. I do NOT recommend staying at this hotel!
