Our room was very clean and comfortable. Only complaint is that the breakfast was not set up when they said it would be (6am). There was minimal items ready. And nothing ready to take - packaged muffins etc. We had to get on the road early and had nothing except coffee. Also, only 1 staff person working the bar & the front desk. Hoping this is just because it's a newer place and they will figure out staffing. Other than that a very nice place to stop on our way across the country with our dog.

Over $300 seems a little pricy for a basic hotel room. Breakfast not until 7am. The hotel was clean and the staff very nice.

I didn’t feel that the room was cleaned well enough before it was turned over to us. I could see pet hair and dirt in the tile floors. I was disappointed.

My two dogs and I were put on the fourth floor. It seems people with dogs and kids were there. The walls were quite thin and we were next to a room with some younger kids and you could hear a lot as people walked down the hall which made it a challenge for my mini Schnauzer not to bark. The shower door was broken and it seemed there was some sort of leak as there was a large puddle of water outside the shower (not from my shower taking). I just stayed for one night so it was bearable but wasn't too impressed. The morning breakfast was great.

Well appointed large room. Very comfortable for our Aussie and Border Collie. Easy access to parking. Indoor swimming pool was the icing on the cake! Wish more places were just like this one!

This Hyatt is new and what you'd expect from a great hotel. Nice large grassy area for the doggies and treats at the front desk. No rugs in the room which is very sanitary and a good thing because our dog had the squirts. Room and bathroom were very clean. Shower was great. Excellent breakfast and very friendly and caring staff. Location was close to lots of stores and restaurants. Only negative was that our room was on the 4th floor but elevator was big and there's an exit to the doggie area right next to the elevator. Several luggage carts were in the lobby. Would stay again.

We were greeted warmly and out bulldog felt so special! The rooms were clean and well appointed. Definitely will stay again. I did think the pet fee was a little high..

Good luck finding the access road into this place sitting in the middle of a dirt field. Thinking the place was brand new, I asked the guy at desk if that was why there was no sign, he said no, the place has been open 3 years. Which doesn’t really explain why the parking lot was full of screws. My wife dug two out of her shoe and there was one behind my car which I probably ran over it while parking. And be prepared to schlep all you stuff in and out of the place as they only have like 3 carts and they never seem to be available. They have a small bar which is nice and an ok breakfast but wouldn’t stay here again.

We drove from SoCal to TN with our 3 dogs (all 3 are over 80 lbs!) and BringFido was a great way to arrange our stops along the 4 day drive!! The Hyatt Place in Amarillo was brand new & immaculately clean! Our dogs loved their stay there! Without exception the staff treated us & the dogs like we were your most important guests! Needs a safe place to stay on short notice. Also needed to get some remote work done. Nice room with good office space and 1 bed. Hard floors which I prefer on dog rooms. Premium fixtures. Dog fee was high, but this is what I needed for this 1 day stay. Would recommend.

Booked this hotel for a nice place to stay on a multi-day road trip and was not disappointed. Pretty quiet and comfortable, well taken care of and clean, and most of all welcomed my dog without a problem. I felt the $75 fee was high, but I understood when I saw how impeccably cared for the room was.
