    Description

    The Lodge at the Presidio is a sister property to the Inn at the Presidio which opened in 2012. The Lodge is an historic boutique hotel on the Main Post of the Presidio that’s been renovated into a comfortable and contemporary ‘basecamp’ for adventures in a unique national park setting.

      Perfect stay

      Stayed here for the first time with my well-behaved husky for four nights in July 2023. The hotel is historic yet up to date and had everything I needed. Gorgeous and perfectly located. The breakfast was excellent. The front desk staff was superb. There was an inadvertent billing error, and the staff immediately corrected it when I called. My stay was perfect. Parking plentiful. Location gorgeous with easy access both to city and Marin County. The grassy expanse across from the hotel entrance is a dog’s (and thus human’s) paradise.
