Stayed one night with our morkie. Staff were friendly and helpful. Clean room. We had an issue with shade they addressed as able. Hotel lacks green space and nice areas to walk your dog. They did have dog treats and waste bags available. More outside waste receptacles would be nice.

Ashley (Front desk) was great!, she got me a good room, and got me set up on the rewards program without me having to do anything. I really liked that all around the hotel was extremely well lit with a lot of grass for the pup. Thanks Ashley for making my stay very nice!

Stayed Dec 2020 and Jan 2023 and the hotel seems brand new. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Several open lots around the hotel where I was able to allow my dog to do her business. Pet fee was only $25. It's also a block off of the main road so if you get a room on the backside of the hotel it's very quiet. I highly recommend.

Both pet and companion accommodations were great. Large, safe area to walk pets. Rooms were comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Great service. Please clean up after your pets so they continue to allow pets. Will choose this hotel again if traveling through Liberal, KS.

Our stay was very comfortable and lovely. The hotel is newly remodeled and the staff was helpful and friendly. My only complaint is other dog owners feel entitled to allow their dogs poo right on the hotel property and not clean it up. We tend to pick up extra poo when it's around where we are, and just add it to our bag. I get very disappointed in other pet owners who are not respectful to a nice hotel by just leaving their dogs poo where anyone can step in it. It gives the rest of us pet owners a bad reputation when we want to travel with out dogs. Plus it is the reason why the un refundable extra cost for having a dog in the hotel keeps increasing. The lovely grounds were covered in dog poo everywhere. So we all pay our non refundable cost for the disrespectful folks who don't clean up. It is not the hotel staff's responsibility do all the outside cleanup of dog poo.

Love this hotel. It is our hotel we stay at coming and going home. Wonderful breakfast, wonderful rooms, clean. HINT!!! Always put the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. Housekeeping knocked and opened the door at 8am. Oh yeah, dogs were not happy. So thankful I was dressed to run out the door to get my dogs. Putting a sign on the door is just one more step to keep your dog safe.

The hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable, and there were nice amenities for everyone in my family including my dog! Staff was friendly, free breakfast included Chiobani Yogurt and Simply Orange juice and hot items like bacon, eggs, and fresh pancakes in under a minute. Grassy areas nearby door convenient to use, my dog was greeted with nice soft treats (not just milk bones) and a free roll of poop bags. Would 100% stay here again on my way through town.

During our 3 week trip across country and the 8 hotels, this place was amazing. It is super clean, modern, great breakfast (eggs, sausage, potatoes, pancakes, fruit, yogurt, cereal) and great service! I forgot some of my luggage there, it was found and kept safe. The staff mailed it to me in great shape.

Modern, clean, friendly, great breakfast. Just watch the demand pricing. Cheaper rates early in the day. Ours went up $20 because I had bad internet connection and couldn't finish reservation. Next time I tried, price went up.

Nice hotel. Nice rooms. Love the walk in shower, great place to put our dog kennel for our cat with litterbox in it. Our other kennel had plenty of room to walk around. Breakfast was very nice -- eggs, bacon. We will stay here again.

We enjoyed our time at a hotel that is updated and pays special attention to requirements relating to Covid. An employee serving breakfast rather than everyone dipping into the food; sanitation stations available; etc. Very nice staff!

Visited in Feb 2021 so we were very Covid conscious. This hotel was super clean and took all then precautions we were looking for. Large room, new feel and very comfortable for us and our pup. Would choose again!

Thanksgiving weekend travel w/our small dog. Not a regular thing for us especially considering a pandemic.
This hotel is awesome and allows dogs for a $25 fee.
The hotel appears new. Very convenient to Hwy 54. Beds were supremely comfortable and the room was clean. Nice TV and WiFi.
Limited breakfast right now b/c of Covid but I’m sure once this is past the hotel will be offering it again.
There is a very nice looking pool but we didn’t use (not sure it’s open right now).
This hotel was excellent!
