We were in town for a week, and this was a great spot for us and our dog! It is near all sorts of stores and restaurants, and we made use of the in-suite kitchenette. Our pup got a baggie of treats and a toy the first morning from the hotel! There are a couple of marked pet relief areas. Our room was pretty clean and I worked remote from our room all week. Our AC worked great, there was a huge TV, and we’d definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Registration staff friendly, gave our doggie a nice treat wrapped in a little gift bag. Floors in room clean, in very nice condition, and pleasant fragrance. Rooms quiet, close to outside door. Overall nice experience!

Went to check in and was told the hotel was without power. I understand the staff cannot control weather related issues but we should have been notified in advance. The manager and desk clerk were very nice; this is a corporate issue.

I cannot begin to say how memorable my and my 2 dogs Dakota and Punkin had at this hotel. We did not want for anything. The rooms were wonderful and the outside had so many seating areas to even accommodate to sit under with your friends in lighting and such perfect ambiance to also include your pet. Doggie treat bag we received at the front desk. I have already recommended to several friends. I almost hated to go home but hope to get back soon in June for my 66th Birthday. Thank you Fido for your listing of this hotel. So worth much more than 5 bones.

We stayed at the Chattanooga Home2 Suites by Hilton on Feb 17/23. We were on our return trip from Florida to Ontario. Check-in was easy and smooth. Room was clean and also a suite which was convenient for our dog's meal prep. She gets lots of veggies etc added to her meals so the extra space of the kitchenette great. Our room was situated close to a rear exit. Not necessary for our dog but certainly convenient for taking the dog out. The breakfast included for us was also convenient for one stop travel. The hotel was full for the long weekend but happily it wasn't noisy for sleeping. The location, close to a couple of other large hotels, allowed us to walk the dog through a few well lit parking lots. We would definitely stay here again.
If I had to find one negative thing, the rear exit to the building has a receptacle for smokers to put out their cigarette in. This meant a couple of smokers ended up being right there at the exit smoking when we came in and out with the dog. While this isn't a flaw or fault of the hotel, maybe relocating that receptacle would discourage that so we didn't need to breath in that smoke on exit and entry. Realistically however, moving that won't ensure that it won't continue to happen. In fact it may encourage the cigarette butts to simple be discarded on the ground, equally unpleasant. Again, not the hotel's fault and most importantly, we would definitely stay again.

Staff was friendly and helpful, the room was no different than what I'd expect from any hotel room and 2 small pet areas outside met our needs. Would definitely go again.

We were accommodated with a first floor room at back entrance right next to pet potty area. Our 3 month Cavapoo pup was provided with a goody bag upon check in.

Thank you very much for a lovely stay! Safety while traveling was my highest priority. This hotel was safe and in an area around many other new hotels and upscale shopping and restaurants. When I checked in, the employee was very friendly, efficient and helpful as well as reassuring that the area was quiet and safe. We got ourselves and our pup into the room and we saw that we had a little sink and utensils and a comfy little living space and bed. The hotel was incredibly quiet all night and we were safe while traveling. My pup loved the hotel room and she slept comfortably through the night - No noise or barking from hallway noises. Very peaceful and everyone was safe and rested for the drive home! Thank you very much! Will definitely stay again if we travel with our baby!

Nice enough hotel. Would have rated 4 bones except: +1 for friendly, helpful staff, -1 for poorly vacuumed floor in room, -1 for noisy AC and refrigerator, -1 for very thin walls, -1 for very high cost.

Dogs were welcomed. Dog areas well tended. Room was convenient to dog area. Warm breakfast. Some minor problems with our room.

And so did our Pointer. We all felt welcome and this place was squeaky clean and immaculate. 5 Bones and 5 Stars. Excellent food take out places really close.
