The accommodations were amazing! Definitely a pet friendly place to book for your get away! Oakley had a blast! The front Lady was so sweet and nice! she gave Oakley a goodie bag with treats! I will definitely stay here again!

Our accommodations were first class! The room and hotel were very nice! They treated our dog like royalty by giving him a doggy bag with a treat and a toy. It’s in a decent area but there are some shady parts of Waco but we felt completely safe at this hotel. When we go back, we will definitely be staying here! Coffee is free too!

The hotel 8s really nice, contemporary with nice big rooms and super clean. On top you have no pet fee, free breakfast and super staff that goes beyond being nice. My absolutely favorite new hotel in Waco. Did I mention it is right outside of Baylor university.

Check-in was quick and easy. No charge for your furry friend. Very welcoming environment with friendly service. Great breakfast, but lunch and dinner has to be gotten outside of the hotel. Overall a great place to stay.

I got a room on the first floor near the exit door to the back parking lot. And that gave me easy access to a lot of green areas to go potty and I didn’t have to take the dogs back-and-forth through the main lobby -one is a rescue who is Not very good on a leash yet and skittish of strange places and experiences and this was low stress for her. My room was clean and neat and it had a giant TV. My only negative comment would be that they could not find my reservation in their system and I could not check in when I got there. I called BringFido and we handled the reservation over the phone but it never showed up at the hotel and I never got confirmation and had to go through the hotel to get the room booked.

Beautiful, clean, new hotel. Rooms are smaller than average but comfortable. Water and treats at the front door. In the rooms, there is not a lot of hard floor space for dog dishes and barking is loud with echos. Some things to consider for your dog.

We lost power during a severe, late night storm. They luckily had a room for us at 11:30pm... and we did NOT have to pay $100 (like many other dog-friendly hotels were charging.) The staff was warm and welcoming. Called us by name and had a little treat bag for Ruby! Aloft will be our go-to dog-friendly hotel from now on!
