Located on 12 acres of farmland with views of the Akaroa harbor, Kahikatea Retreat is a pet-friendly farm cottage that can accommodate two adults in one bedroom and one bathroom. Guests have access to the entire cottage during their stay, including a private patio and garden. Additional amenities include wifi, limited phone service, a fully-equipped kitchen and gas fireplace. Outside, guests can wander through extensive gardens on the farm that include a stream, pond and the renowned Kahikatea tree, a 150- year old tree that attracts visitors from around the world.
