      Pleasant Experience

      Stopped at Hyatt in Jacksonville for an overnight on way to final destination. Accommodations were clean. There is a small restaurant and bar on site for those who want to stay close with fur baby in the room! Also plenty of grassy areas around building and well lit for your furry travel companion!

      Great location and pet friendly

      We requested and paid for the “lake view” room which was more expensive than a regular room. Unfortunately, because having pets (2 small dogs) with us we were understandably given the “pet room” which was on a first floor with no lake view due to tinted glass. In addition, the room had a strong urine smell. Otherwise great location and friendly staff.
