Just tried to make a reservation at this property and was told there is a $100 pet fee. This outrageous!! If I could I’d give them ZERO bones.

This Residence Inn is seriously in need of remodeling. As far as the dog goes, there were grassy areas, many overgrown. The concrete around the building was broken up with many uplift trip hazards. Our dog was OK in the room, though no special amenities for dogs here. As for we humans: we couldn’t turn off the heat in the room, so turned on the A/C and allowed the two systems to fight it out. There was a light fixture dangling from the ceiling by exposed wires. The phone did not work in the room. And the ceiling above the bathroom was flaking and falling down. Supposedly it’s being remodeled. Check to see if it’s done before you book here.
