Small grass area to walk dog. Room was fairly clean but well worn with torn, stained furniture and non-operable lamps.

I feel for people in the hotel industry these days. It’s hard to find reliable, dependable help. This particular Quality Inn was trying, but failed on a lot of fronts. However, the water pressure was good and the bed was comfortable. That’s all I can say that’s positive.

Clean and spacious room. There is a grassy area behind the hotel to walk your dogs. Just FYI make sure to inform receptionist that you have a pet or you will not be placed in a dog friendly room.

So, don’t, pay the extra $100, go somewhere else, I don’t know. The bones are for the staff being friendly, and some stuff in the room obviously being new. The room itself, I’m pretty sure has some major issues. I rarely break out in hives, but these beds had that effect. I don’t think it was bugs, but I couldn’t swear to that. Possibly it’s the detergent they use, maybe they’re just spraying the sheets down with bleach? There are stains everywhere, including on the sheets, in the bathroom, and it looked like someone just wiped stuff on the walls (but maybe it was something leaking, I didn’t investigate that closely). We got a dog room (near the door, so that’s good anyway). Cigarette butts litter the ground (wonderful in crunchy brown grass, what could go wrong)? For this I paid $40 in pet fees. We had to vacate the room so they could clean, apparently by remaking the beds with the same sheets with stains in the same places. The mattresses themselves and the other furniture and carpeting looked new, but that’s just lipstick on a pig. The mildew in the bathroom and the bright new paint over obvious water damage isn’t fooling us. And the breakfast…just don’t. The prepackaged stuff is safe enough, anything cooked there is just not good. So, yes, you can stay there, it’s one of the cheaper options in town, but I personally won’t be back.

The best thing about this place is you can have dogs. If you have a trailer you can’t park it in their lot. Sign at bottom of driveway says no trailers. Ugh, but we should’ve asked. Rooms were clean but glad I was there for one night and less than 12 hours. They did have a hot breakfast which was nice.

Got the job done. Hotel was cheap at least. Staff seemed short and stressed at each other. Both the people and checked in with and out with had issues with the computer system. Room was damp with several cosmetic and functional problems. The drain in my sink was broken, the plug was disconnected in the shower (thank goodness I wasn’t trying to take a bath), paint was chipped, etc. In short, it did the job but wasn’t particularly special.
