Convenient location!

Arrived at 1:30 am to find NO hot water ANYWHERE in the hotel. Never had hot water and while the receptionist the next morning was “sorry”, no one offered to discount the room bill. Had to disable the smoke detector as it kept chirping about a dead battery and no one answered at the front desk when I called to get a new battery. And inexplicably the door lock mechanism kept jamming open. We left as soon as we could the next am.

I mean, I know we brought a dog. But that doesn’t mean we’re accustomed to, or even accepting of, another dog’s hair - someone’s barrette -and dust and dirt so bad that after our kids had baths, their feet ended up dark grey and we had to wash them again & keep socks on. Other than that, the location was convenient. But they’d overbooked, so although we had asked for rooms next to each other weeks before, we were put on separate floors. Overall, very mediocre.

Room was clean and OK. Half the rooms face the Interstate. Front desk "service" was mediocre, and the internet keep crashing. Would not stay there again given the many other dog-friendly hotels in the area.

This location is built right above a major freeway. Their windows are not sufficient to block out the noise. Only stay here if you aren’t interested in being able to sleep. It was a terrible experience! This was not anything to do with this website, only the hotel.

This place was just okay. The rooms are indeed pet friendly, very big, and fairly well appointed. It's a series of other little things that makes me give it three stars - right next to a highway on one side and a huge trucking service center on the other, it's loud and crowded, with virtually no green space. Service was average, toiletries limited, the fridge in my room keeps water and sodas a decidedly lukewarm temperature, and the room has a faint unidentifiable unpleasant odor. It's fine for a night or two if you're passing through, but I would only stay here again if its cost was dramatically lower than other area options.
